About
Margaret graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School with Latin honors in the spring of 2022. During her time in law school, Margaret clerked with the Public Defenders of Marion County, Youth Rights & Justice, and Pickett Dummigan McCall. Prior to law school, she spent four years teaching English to 9th and 10th graders in two Title I schools in Houston, Texas. She is a tenacious researcher, a compassionate listener, and most of all, a fearless advocate for those who have been wronged, underserved, or abused.
Margaret’s focus includes premises liability, sexual abuse, elder abuse, nursing home negligence, institutional negligence, employment discrimination, equality on school campuses under Title IX, civil rights law, and toxic mold exposure.
